El caso de Ronald Biglione ha conmocionado a la ciudad de Laboulaye y ha iniciado un camino judicial que podría sentar precedentes en nuestro país. Ronald, joven, deportista y sin enfermedades preexistentes, falleció un mes después de recibir su segunda dosis de la vacuna AstraZeneca contra el COVID-19. La causa de su muerte, según informes médicos, fue una enfermedad autoinmune rara conocida como púrpura trombótica trombocitopénica.
El caso es llevado adelante por el estudio jurídico Moreno y Alcaraz, con sede en Córdoba Capital. Las abogadas Daiana Alcaraz, Maira Moreno y Milagro Hall (asociada desde España) iniciaron la demanda judicial ante la Justicia Federal en Río Cuarto, tras haber presentado sin éxito un reclamo administrativo ante el fondo de reparación creado por el Estado para posibles víctimas de efectos adversos por vacunas.
La vacuna de AstraZeneca, ya retirada del mercado en varios países, ha sido señalada por causar efectos secundarios graves en casos puntuales. La propia empresa ha admitido, en un artículo del año pasado, que algunas de sus dosis provocaron lesiones severas e incluso fallecimientos.
“Esta es la tercera demanda en Córdoba contra AstraZeneca, pero la primera por fallecimiento”, explicó Alcaraz, quien remarcó que el caso busca una reparación justa para la familia de Ronald, que incluye dos hijas pequeñas. La demanda, además de reclamar justicia, busca dar visibilidad a otros casos similares y alentar a más personas a reclamar si han sido víctimas de situaciones similares.
El estudio jurídico invita a quienes hayan sufrido consecuencias graves luego de recibir la vacuna AstraZeneca a contactarse.
